Worst experience leasing here. Maintenance is a joke. Management is inefficient. Nothing works. The building isn’t even finished. Elevators never work. Trash system is TRASH!!

We also have a new maintenance team where they have been taking care of things based off of priority. We are also working with vendors to get all of the elevators up and running. Apartment is great but there is one problem

Apartment is absolutely fantastic .... The amenities are all very nice too. Staff is mostly teenager students so they are not rude either but the problem you would face here is that there is a weird guest rule that you probably may not know when you are moving in (or at least I wasn't aware of when I took the apartment). Any overnight guest can stay with you for no longer than 3 nights in one month. This can be a deal-breaker for many ... including me.
