Was given a great tour of the building and facilities so that I would know where everything was come time to move in. VERY clean which is something I was very particular about when looking for apartments in the Raleigh area. Have not seen a pest of any sort anywhere in or around the building. Which can not be said for other complexes. I'm able to walk to were I work which is a bonus and Publix/Harris ...Teeter are only a few minutes away and very walkable.
