The apartment and building are beautiful. Would be nicer if the parking spaces were a tad bit bigger, however, that is not a giant concern. To be honest, Emma, the community manager, has been amazing. After meeting her once she remembered my name and always makes the effort to say hi when she sees me. Because of her friendliness and amazing customer service I feel so welcomed to be here as a resident. Seriously, she is a gift to this community and a fantastic representative for this community.

Absolutely love it! Moved here fresh out of college and the process could not have been easier. Was given a great tour of the building and facilities so that I would know where everything was come time to move in. VERY clean which is something I was very particular about when looking for apartments in the Raleigh area. Have not seen a pest of any sort anywhere in or around the building. Which can not be said for other complexes. I'm able to walk to were I work which is a bonus and Publix/Harris ...
Teeter are only a few minutes away and very walkable. Management has been great to work with and I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!

The staff tries very hard to keep the building clean. Management periodically provides entertainment such as pool parties. Security is good; I suggest having cameras at strategic points such as outside entry doors and elevator doors.

Gramercy is probably the perfect location for Glenwood South living. Great access to the strip, friendly staff, good amenities, easy parking.... I'm not sure what else I would want?

The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The building and parking garage are way more secure than some other apartments. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops, plus a short commute to anywhere in the city. Gramercy is one of the finest building type of that. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. It has the best quality amenities I’ve seen and if there’s any issues maintenance fixes it same day. Highly recommend moving here

Loved living at the Gramercy. The management is great. Very clean, maintenance is very timely and responsive. Amenities are well kept, the pool parties were always fun, especially the sponsored ones haha. It’s a great place for the young professional.
