The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The building and parking garage are way more secure than some other apartments. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops, plus a short commute to anywhere in the city. What truly sets The Gramercy apart, though, ...is the incredible leasing staff. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to make my experience smooth and enjoyable. Shoutout to Anthony!!
