It's okay but .....
February 17, 2023The problem is the walls are thin. I can hear everything going on in the next apartment. If you live underneath someone it sounds like the ceiling is going to cave in. The people above you does not have any common decency that you are underneath them. They be stomping & walking very hard over your head all times of the night, it's very annoying. I work 10/12 hr shifts and have to deal with it every single day.. ASK TO LIVE ON TOP, i do not recommend the bottom at all.Review from Apartments.com

The Greens of Pine Hill I
September 26, 2015I've been here for two years and management has always been attentive & friendly. They have a pool and monthly news letters and contests for residents to participate in as well as an annual resident appreciation day. The grounds, maintenance, and management is excellent however, my only issue is with the rent increases. My rent went up twice last year. Over the past two years it has increased a total of $162 and it may go up again. Another issue is parking - there are more apartments than ...available parking spots in certain areas of the complex. It also seems as if their is an abuse of handicap parking spaces. However, a new NJ law now requires recertification of handicap placards every 3 years. Hopefully, management will follow up on this. This is a great clean & friendly place to live if you don't mind the rent increases and lack of parking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
