I needed an apartment in a hurry, and Pamela helped me get in the perfect one and made it as painless as possible. The little things they do to help get you set up really make a difference. I love my apartment. I have met some great neighbors. The pool and golf course look wonderful! It's been very quiet at night and there's plenty of parking. There were some minor things to fix when I moved in, and they were done the day I reported them. I think I'll really like it here.

my family (4) has lived here since 2013/2014. if you're okay with the excessive smoking, bug infestations, long waits for repairs, then you can see the good side of things. the amenities are in shape, the apartment rooms are nice. (besides the bugs...) we have enjoyed living here, but recently we have been looking at other apartments or houses, since our dryer has been acting up, lights going out, fire alarm breaking, i could go on, but i can't right now. anyways, just prepare yourself for this ...

Hi! Review continued...we put poison down and it should be clear soon". she gave me sticky trap boards. no one wants to see a collection of dead bugs on a trap. They went away but still. [INfestation no. 3] black small roaches in my LR & kitchen. I leave my backpack & purse on my couch. One day I had roaches riding in the car with me. How embarrassing would it had been had pest crawled out of my belongings during business meetings? I had above avg. spider issues in the 1st bldg. I was the 1st ...

tenant in the apt. no major pest issues like my current bldg. If you move here don't pick a 1st floor apt. keep bug/insect killer on deck at all times. dont sleep on the floor.

If you enjoy losing your security deposit, I highly recommend The Greens at the Rock! Contrary to my lease, which stated that $165 would be deducted for cleaning costs, and despite apartment management saying the apartment was left in "good, clean condition" (their words), they kept an additional $30 of my security deposit. The reason? "Costs increased." Apparently the "fixed cleaning charge" mentioned in the lease isn't so fixed, after all. If you live here and are moving out, don't let them ...

do this to you. If you are thinking of living here, don't. This was just last of many less-than-mediocre experiences I had here. Ant infestations, constant trash everywhere, safety violations (fire extinguishers gone for a month or two at a time), blatant theft from vehicles in front of my apartment building...there are better options in the area.

The apartment is new, and recently built. I've been here a little over a year. Pro's would include the workout room, pool,media center, tanning room. Con's rent is to high and tenant turnover rate is ridiculous, parking is bad because must units have many occupants. Also lot is unsafe due to speeding and no speed bumps. Here your nothing more than a number 825.00
