Thank you so much for this opportunity to write a review to possibly win free rent for life. I'd really like to win obviously anyone can benefit from this but I'm about out in the streets without much. I'm kind courteous, clean! Everything is great! I used to live in this Green tree building I honestly loved it. Its quiet and the fitness area is nice and cozy. I miss it!

This is one of the worst places I've ever lived. Management has changed hands 3 times and every company is worse than the last. They have taken away all the amenities yet my rent goes up every year like clockwork. The common areas are rarely cleaned. There is a hoarder in the building which they refuse to do anything about, even though recently people have seen cockroaches near that person's apartment. I will say this though it motivates me - to save money and get the heck outta there!!!!!

Been living in the greentree building for a little over 2 years now. Being in the heart of west Chester on the corner of the 2 main streets is an amazing living experience! Everything is within just a few steps away, whether it be going right down stairs to rite aid if I need something in the spot, to being right across from all the amazing restiurants and bars is great! Rent isn't too bad either compared to other new appartments up in town. Only downside is no centeral air in the summer, but ...
nothing a window unit won't fix! Courtesy trash pick up 5 nights a week and maintence is easy to contact and usually come pretty quick. Rent is even eash to pay with their online portal! I would definelty recommend living in the green tree building if your are a young professional who enjoys west chesters nigt life

I live in an apartment that use to be a Grange Building dating back to the 1800s. I did not know what a grange building was so I researched. It was where the farmers would bring produce to show off. They had dancing here also. I love my apartment esp my little porch I have filed it with plants and flowers. It is my little safe place. I do have to go outside to do my laundry. I am about 2 blocks from the lake and the yellow breeches. The area here is beautiful. I left my husband about year and a ...
