Not to mention my neighbors are also the loudest individuals I've ever lived beside. Management also doesn't respond to emails unless you constantly bother them. And yes, it's just as bad as an apartment. I can hear my neighbors on both sides walking/talking in their rooms upstairs while I'm downstairs. I like that I can log into a portal and pay my rent online or if I need help I can do that online also.
