The Grove has been so amazing for my roommates and I. It is such an easy commute to campus (MSUM) and has everything we need. It’s so easy to submit any work order when we have an issue with any appliances and they are super quick to respond and get anything fixed. It’s also super great the utilities are included in the rent and having a space for our cars in the garage is great too. I love our home at the Grove and we plan on living here until we graduate!

We have been here almost two years and absolutely love it! The property manager Amber is wonderful and Buccholz overall has been lovely to rent through(minus the rent increases... but we get it). Maintenance responds pretty quickly - typically same day or within a day. Our neighbors have always been friendly, as well as anyone else we encounter in the common areas. And the best part, the units are beautiful, common areas are always kept clean and tidy, and we have never felt unsafe. When we were ...
first apartment hunting, we read the 1 star review about a stolen car and bike from the underground garage. We have never experienced such an incident, or anything near it. Yes, there is quite a bit of foot traffic due to the shelter next door, but we have never witnessed anyone attempting to enter the garage, any doors, or disrespect our space.

Car and bike stolen from garage

The security in the garage is completely compromised, and unfortunately, this means that weirdos have access inside the building. I had my bike stolen, and my girlfriend had her car stolen on a separate occasion. On top of this, the apartment manager was incompetent and kept pretending the building was safe. I wouldn’t live here if you want the piece of mind of a safe apartment.

I have lived here for a little over 1/2 a year! Great apartments, beautiful spacious homie feeling. Have never had a problem while living in these apartments everything has been perfect. Anytime we have had a concern or needed any sort of help to do with the property/ apartments our property managers have always been a phone call or text away. Can always count on them and don’t plan on moving anytime soon! Best apartments/property managers I have ever had!!

I did a fair amount of searching in the short time I had to make a decision and I definitely made the right decision. I love it! Great location, close to almost everything you need. Quiet, clean, great amenities including: dishwasher, laundry room in unit, garage stall, fitness area, Wi-Fi lounge and community room. The staff has been great to deal with, very kind and friendly.
