Pest Problems, Poor Management, Poor Maintenance

Apartment was not ready for move in on time, laundry facilities were always dirty and never worked. I had a raccoon living in my apartment wall for 8 weeks and I contacted them over a dozen times about it and they never looked at it or took care of it and stopped answering me. There was a constant roach and mouse problem. They didn't communicate well with residents. The city inspector found no working smoke detectors in the apartment and they never took care of it - I ended up replacing them ...

myself. No concern for the health or safety of the residents and constant maintenance issues. Extremely disappointed and beyond grateful to have been able to move out.
