More colloquially, it evokes a feeling of serenity and safety, that’s what one finds at this property. From day zero, the team at this property has gone above and beyond to make the leasing experience as smooth as possible. properties in amenities, modernity, property management, quality of surrounding area, and quality of life.
In all instances of communication with the office, the property manager and office are exceedingly responsive and effective in terms of resolution. While I have not yet had any real problems with my unit, I’m confident that the staff will be ready and willing to assist in any event.
Overall:
- New constructions/modern amenities
- Highly involved and communicative property management team
- Ease of application and move-in process
- Willingness of property to adapt to support unique move-in processes and timelines
- Quiet neighborhood/area with minimal communal noise, while being conveniently located to all necessities
- Security cameras all over
- Super pet friendly
