February 19, 2024I lived there for a couple years, and I loved it, but I don’t really trust the management because they always would try to make you regret being there. Once you want to move out, they become aggressive and unhelpful. Don’t trust them, and don’t take their word, because they will never be honest. Their initial statements contradicted what my replacement tenants were later told. I did sublease my apartment for others, and the manager said the renewal lease raise would be something like 4-5%, but ...when the new tenants tried to get it done, they were told to renew for more than 10% of the last rate. Management allowed my neighbor to pound on my floor constantly
June 8, 2016My downstairs neighbor pounded on her ceiling whenever she thought I was being too loud, which included when I had 2 friends over to watch Jeopardy. This neighbor actively prevented me from sleeping by blaring music and pounding on the ceiling and heater, as well as slamming doors, when I walked into my bedroom to go to bed. I had to file 8 police reports for noise complaints. I also sent more than 75 emails to the management asking for help. The manager's supervisor told me that I should have ...moved if I was having trouble sleeping because of my downstairs neighbor.
