I should have read the reviews before moving here. I am literally miserable. I usually never do business with people with bad customer service, and true to the reviews the office staff were rude to me when I first began to apply. I didn’t really check out the actual apartment I was moving in but had viewed a few models. I was excited about being in a smoke free environment. Please listen to me when I tell you that this is not a smoke-free complex and it is not gated at the second complex. There ...
are two areas and only the one at the front office is gated. The complex is loud, and the courtesy officer is inoperable like the gate.
The entity under me literally shakes my floors with some type of subwoofers or speakers. I dread going home. I am convinced that the only comfortable people here are people who are loud and smoke every day. To be objective, it may be where you’re located. There appears to be some quiet people, but they are the minority. If you smoke and like to party, this may be the place for you. If you’re looking for a solitary place, love quiet, enjoy meditating, and desire to not smell weed regularly, I would stay away. No policies are enforced here.
