The Best Property Manager Ever
July 21, 2025Alisa, the community manager, has done an amazing job transforming The Grove at Southshore. Alisa has shown care and compassion as she continues to make our community safe and a wonderful place to call home. You see it in the events held for the community to help bring about togetherness, unity, and fun. This was shown most recently when she helped tenants manage through the gate transition. Even with multiple emails, notices, and communications there are still tenants who haven’t gotten their ...cards registered. I watched her help tirelessly and even had directions printed and placed on the gate to help ensure tenants had access. I didn’t expect to stay here longer than a year but with the care, compassion, and concern she shows for this property and tenants it’s safe to say I’ll be sticking around. Great job Alisa and keep leading your team and showing them how to be great!! The Owners are lucky to have you and so are we. Thanks for all you do. Spacious apartment close to everything!
February 16, 2024The apartment is very spacious. It has a gas stove which I have never seen in an apartment and I love cooking! The community is so close to everything. You can walk to Walmart, Sams Club and Aldi. There are so many restuarants within walking distance too. Liz, Juanita and Nancy in the office are very accomodating. Not safe living

Don’t live here!
August 30, 2022The staff is in the office is great! The property itself is terrible!!! Needs remodeling! Not worth the rent ! They don’t hire professional to fix the property. Takes weeks to have stuff fixed! They have Roaches!! You’ll never get any sleep! People are always outside during the night. Good place to live
August 2, 2022So far I have only been living here for 1 month, but I have to say the staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the view of the pond and the quietness of my neighbors. Viewing of 3 bedroom apartment
August 6, 2018I loved the amenities of the apartment complex. The 24 hous Gym, pool, club house the doggie park. The staff was extremely nice! The layout of the apartment was not very nice. Apartment was very small. The master bedroom bathroom was located outside of the room. Which I didn’t particularly like. Also, the other bathroom looked like it was the same size as the master bathroom. The fees are also a bit much. If you want a apartment on the bottom floor you have to pay extra, if you want to ...have a washer & dryer in the unit that’s extra. There is a monthly fee for your pet and the dryer & stove is gas!! Just renewed my lease
March 6, 2018We just decided to go ahead and renew our lease to spend a second year here. Maintenance is always there the day of or the day after you request. The grounds are always taken care of. I found this place and I love it
February 21, 2018I just move from NY this month for Florida warm weather. I went online and saw this place has good reviews. I am a sucker for good service. This’s community looks clean and organize gave me first impressions. I went to rental office, the lady who helped me was warm and friendly and efficient. I got the apartment then I walk around the area is convenient to all the shopping center like Walmart,Walgreen and all kind the restaurants.
