About The Gryff Apartments

The Gryff Apartments are beautiful one bedroom & studio apartments. We are now open as of Dec. 1st , 2019. We are located in a very fun and developing area of Rochester called Uptown. We are right on 2nd St SW, just 5 blocks west of Mayo Clinic's St. Mary's Hospital. We are on the bus line. The Gryff is pet friendly. We have underground parking available for a fee. The Gryff has a spectacular view from our 4th floor rooftop deck and a fun hangout spot at our street level patio.

Amazing apartment and landlord

The apartment building is well kept and very clean. The landlord is super responsive to messaging and gets things fixed in a timely manner. When an issue came up, she took time out of her day to check in on my apartment while I was at work to make sure it was resolved.
