May 16, 2022I lived in this property for over three years. The apartment manager lived on premise and was available when I needed her. Any issues or problems were dealt with in a quick manner. October 13, 2020This apartment building has been here for as long as I can remember. Although, by the way it looks now you would never know! they have remodeled not only the units but all the common areas. The manager is always upbeat and positive, even though we as tenants can be tuff. I don't envy her position. Loved living here! Don’t rent here
March 6, 2020No upkeep in the apartment, what you see is what you get and nothing more. Takes forever for upkeep of pools, laundry facilities or apartment work. Been here since August and a list of items that were going to be done still have not been done. July 22, 2019I live here at Hamilton Apartments in Costa Mesa. The apartments were remodeled beautifully. They are clean, and have a really good amount of windows. I t never feels stuffy.
