March 16, 2020If you are looking for a place to live DO NOT move here. The management has changed over 4 times since I have moved to the Hamilton. The management doesn’t care about your well being or safety for that matter. There is loud music coming from your neighbors and others that live on a completely different floor from you. There is mold in the apartments and water coming out of the windows from your bedroom. The management/office doesn’t notify when you have new packages making it very difficult to ...pick up your packages before they close. There is constant theft and vandalism in the parking garage. Downtown at The Hamilton Has Me Sold
March 3, 2020I visited my daughter a year ago and told her that I immediately had concerns being close to the freeway and the camps near. I drive the downtown area and could see that there are homeless all over downtown. I tried to get my daughter to move outside of downtown but she really wanted to be in the heart of the city. I visited my daughter a few weeks ago and was surprised to see that the door keys and elevator keys increased the level of security around the building. The office is taking a ...personal interest in the building and it shows. I see the manager out walking with maintenance going over items. The manager even asked if I lived in the building or needed help. I told him that I was visiting my daughter. He stated that I would need to be let in by my daughter, he could not give me access to the building. This I really love. He had no idea who I was and he was not allowing entry into the building. My Daughter told me that it is so much better now. I am so much happier for her. The level of service exceeded my expectations
February 2, 2019I am relocating to Houston and I initially was going to rent apartments at Rice because of their close proximity to my office downtown. I was very disappointed and I decided to keep looking. I spoke with Taylor at the Hamilton Apartments and she was very helpful. I had so many questions and she answered each one in detail. My Happy place
November 1, 2018I'm so glad I found this place. If you are looking for space and closets... this is the place. It's a new building which I love, and the finishes are top notch. I don't know if pricing has changed since I leased, but you can get a great steal here. Great experience
August 27, 2018I have had nothing but good experiences with the leasing staff even when I encountered a few problems. They handled it with professionalism and kindness. I'm not always an easy tenant, but they always treat me like I am. The building itself is great and you can see that they work hard to keep it clean although not everyone who lives here make it easy. They shampoo carpets weekly, and the next day you might find ketchup on the floor, and then they are out again shampooing. Residents don't clean up ...after they use the grill lounges, but the staff pretty quick to go clean up over and over. They have like 6 grills so that is a huge job. Downtown Oasis
August 27, 2018Great place downtown for a good price. I enjoy the amenities and the social events. I don't think I have ever attended apartment events but here I really like the crowd and the things they do. They property is always clean, weekends can get dirty but come Monday morning, the staff has it cleaned right back up. Pros: location,pool,awesome neighbors here, great vibe, did I say pool?, office staff, CLEAN, quiet. Cons: I prefer more events on weekends, I can't make it to the weekly happy hours, I wish I could park 3 cars here but I can only park two space is limited. Overall - I love it here and the neighbors I have met do as well. I don't imagine why there are negative reviews but I guess you ...can't please everyone? Top Notch Customer Service
May 3, 2018I relocated downtown for my job this year and found The Hamilton. I liked the how it looked online but coming in is when I fell completely in love. I'd been looking for a while, spending my weekends going from apt to apt. When I first came in, the entire staff greeted me and made me feel special... Damien showed me my dream home that I now live in and Christine moved me in. They have not skipped a beat in service since day one. I've had a couple small work orders but nothing it of the ordinary ...and always addressed quickly. Highlights: concierge is friendly and on point, 24hr amenities, big apt with high ceilings, huge closet. Oh and the location is the best! I get everywhere on my bike - and I skip traffic when going to my favorite games at Toyota Center and Minute Maid. Thank you Hamilton!Property Manager Responded
