I’m currently living at Hancock house, and it’s been a comfortable experience. The neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment itself is clean and modern, with everything you need to settle in right away. My only critique is the lack of organized activities or social events. As someone who’s experienced co-living abroad, I was expecting more effort to build community. I’ve raised this with management and was told they’re working on it, so hopefully, that changes soon. For now, it’s a solid place to ...

The building is structurally sound, and I live in an apartment where there are quite a number of 1 bed/1 bathroom suites. No one one has a wait to use a restroom and most tenants have their own private bathrooms--this alone, makes the moderate room pricing enviable. The weekly cleaning is a great asset to living here and is done fairly well.
