Peaceful, clean, fair price
April 16, 2025I’ve lived in the Harbor for about a year now, and I would recommend it as a nice place to live. Overall it is a quiet and peaceful complex which is a big piece for me. Neighbors are friendly but respect each others privacy and keep to themselves. The property manager, I believe her name is Nia, seems to be on top of things and runs the place well. The property is well maintained and generally clean. The pool is nice and also kept clean overall. The staff in my experience is friendly and easy to ...communicate with. The front desk representative, I believe her name is Ahlanna, (I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) is warm and welcoming any time I’ve spoken with her and a pleasure to deal with. Since being here I’ve not experienced any major maintenance issues with my unit. When I have submitted requests for small issues, like a shower head being replaced, the staff has came the next day to resolve it and was able to resolve any issues within 10 minutes or so. The rent price is fair with what’s on the market and my unit is spacious and beautifully renovated so I’m very happy with it. The carpet is a little worn but not a deal breaker for me and there can be normal apartment noise from time to time because the walls are pretty thin but nothing out of the ordinary. Wonderful place to live!
October 3, 2024Outstanding management. Nia and Keisha are a great team to work with. The rental lease process was painless to deal with. Also, the maintenance staff is outstanding. Grounds are beautiful and the area is really peaceful and serene. The property is also is being enhanced with building exterior improvements as well as sidewalk maintenance for enhanced safety. June 14, 2022This place is clean, quiet and well kept! They have constant landscaping so it always looks pretty outside. Beautiful and clean pool. Laundry room is air conditioned. Updated appliances in the unit. The ladies in the office are so sweet and remember your face when you walk thru the door which is always such a nice feeling! November 6, 2019I have been here going on three months but I just have to say that this complex's management really take care of our problems and right away too.I listen to other people talk about how their complex doesnt take care of any of their problems so its really nice to be in a place that isnt like that.Just the past week I went to the office because one of my crisper drawers in my fridge was broken and they tried to find the right drawer but were having a hard time finding one so this morning they bring ...me a really nice replacement refrigerator which I could not believe,its bigger and so much more roomier than the other with even a lunchmeat and cheese drawer in this one.All this because they couldnt find a drawer to fit the other one,thats a class act in my opinion,they really took care of me,a great place to live.The grounds are really nice also,my patio opens up to the lake,its a nice view,all in all this place has a lot to offer that most places just say they do but really dont.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent staff, quite neighbors
October 10, 2019I’ve only been here for a week but I’m absolutely in love! The staff is so friendly and understanding with anything you have an issue with. Maintenance is also extremely fast and very helpful. We moved in and had no hot water but as soon as we told the office they had someone come right over and had it fixed in less than 15min. Alicia is always in the office with a friendly smile and ready to help if there’s an issue. My roommates and I love to look out our patio and watch the ducks swim and play ...in the water.
