Awful experience
February 14, 2024Their behavior is so unprofessional. I applied for one of their apartments and they wasted a lot of of my time and energy and after three days, they just said no with no proper reasaons. They also charged us 100$ for the application fee for absolutely nothing! If it was possible, I would give them a zero.Property Manager Responded

January 31, 2024Overall my experience here has been great, my wife and I love the staff and maintenance team. They do their best maintaining this huge area as much as possible. My only issue is the lack of cleanliness of other residents. We share the same common areas, why trash it and make it difficult for the maintenance team. This is especially true with the trash chutes. I always see trash bags all over the floor, and when I open the chutes to check if there’s any space 9/10 there’s ALWAYS space. Sadly this ...is an individual problem and the staff can’t do anything about it on their end. Sorry for my dirty neighbors maintenance team….Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2023Everything is pretty good so far but the cleanness for the carpet in hallway and the maintenance for gym can be improved. The carpet in hallway is always pretty dirty and no one come to clean it. The equipment in gym also broken and no one come to fix it.Review from Apartments.com
