April 15, 2018I lived in a studio, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. Black mold started to form in my closet and gave me breathing problems, which was definitely an issue since maintenance never responded to requests. As an example, my oven once exploded (a huge spark formed over it while I was cooking), and I reported the issue. Maintenance didn't reply to my inquiry for two weeks, at which point they simply came in and gave me a new oven - no explanation was provided. ...Additionally, an inexplicable sticky substance formed on my cabinets and walls of the kitchen. Cleaning it never helped, as it would come back a couple days later. Lastly, the bathroom door didn't shut, which wasn't very enjoyable, since this is an extremely tiny apartment. I wouldn't advise living here under any circumstances, even if you're a broke college student, like I was.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
