March 25, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI like living in this apartment, I do. But I feel like the maintenance people can clean MUCH better. Elevators can be wiped and mopped more, especially the hallways. Beautiful buildings and modern but very dirty. Hopefully management can hire people who can actually clean the place and do some type of Power wash. Plus residents don’t know how to pick up after their dogs. I always see droppings every morning unfortunately.

We take great pride in being a gated community and appreciate the patience of our residents while the necessary repairs were being made to ensure it stays closed. Naturally, we encourage all prospective residents to research everything possible about their new homes and the area before making their decision. We can appreciate terrible inconvenience of crime no matter what. It is always our goal to be of as much assistance as possible, especially during any situation such as this that is already trying.
