    I like living in this apartment, I do. But I feel like the maintenance people can clean MUCH better. Elevators can be wiped and mopped more, especially the hallways. Beautiful buildings and modern but very dirty. Hopefully management can hire people who can actually clean the place and do some type of Power wash. Plus residents don’t know how to pick up after their dogs. I always see droppings every morning unfortunately.

    Great move-in process, Good community, maybe inform residents on car/truck theft, and take precautions. And I would like for the gate to be closed at night, however, I haven't seen it closed.

    I would give this apartment complex a two on a scale of one to ten. The oversell we got when we moved in did not pan out. Much of what we were told has not valid. It has the bones but isn't fleshed out.

    The Haven apartments are wonderful, quiet, calm and very clean. Everywhere is expensive so at least for the price the layouts and size are by far some of the best.
