February 9, 2026I was told when applying that because of the special they would waive my processing fee. That was a lie. I was given an apartment under college kids who play music past midnight most nights. Again, I was not told that this would be the case. They sent people to make repairs to my rooms while I was absent without my knowledge or permission. Frankly, they are garbage who are trying to get away with what they can.
