BRAND NEW Cottages Now Leasing For August 2020! VIRTUAL TOURS and hard hat tours available! The Haven of Athens is the area's newest luxury student housing community. This gated neighborhood offers cottage style homes ranging from 2-6 bedrooms, making it easy for groups of all sizes to find their home at The Haven! Each new cottage is beautifully designed with an open concept living space and modern finishings. The homes feature hardwood flooring throughout the main living space, granite countertops, custom white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.
