(BE AWARE) Rats, Spiders, Unit/Car Break-Ins & More Issues
September 20, 2025I’m a new tenant going on 4 months now and have experienced everything in my headline…Rats inside my clean and neat apartment…Spiders crawling on my kids and I….They have been found in our beds, walls, living room, restrooms and bedrooms every week…Car was broken into one month of living here along with multiple tenants on the same day…Tenant was attacked at their door by an intruder…We as residents are never informed of these incidents by management ever…Only by the tenants who suffer from these ...attacks and incidents… No Warnings before move-in… No Cameras… No Security provided on the premises… Management and Maintenance are finally listening and taking my complaints more seriously to resolve the issues…Will see how it goesProperty Manager Responded

May 28, 2025There are rats near the dumpster and the recycling area. The rats have established a colony behind one building toward the left front corner of the property. There have been roaches on the property. Neighbors have friends bringing their trash and dumping on the property, and charges are distributed to the tenants. The staff are polite, but there appears to be a lack of accountability in managing tenants who keep their entryways filthy and cluttered, despite repeated requests to clean up.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance staff are always timely, nice and professional.
