BEWARE! YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT HERE
August 7, 2019BEWARE! YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT with these people. The Robinson Group has a foul reputation of HORRIBLE landlord/tenant customer service relation and even worst, they seem to only hire cheap labor for their maintenance issues. If you go to Business Better Bureau you will see the number of complaints these people have in a vast number of properties they ironically manage. The apartment complex had AC issues during summer and it is not fixed yet (in AZ SUMMER!!!). They advised a reimbursement was ...going to be given to the tenants who decided to stay during the time (because not everyone can pay for nights at a hotel). They are rude and disrespectful when an issue arises. The Property Manager has no clue of what he’s doing, AGAIN, a complete lack of knowledge and ownership when issues arise (which is all the time since the complex is old). They never answer calls. Even if they do they say we are working on it. Things that should take minutes to resolve to take months (probably never resolved too...You give up). Open parking, no gates, so random people are always walking through the complex. I could go on and on. We are just counting the days for our contract to end and move as fast as we can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
