August 14, 2025Going on my 6th year and has been a very successful stay in the Hendry community. The property is clean, well kept flower beds, and additions to already nice amenities such as resort style pool, and workout facility. My experience with the maintenance department has been excellent! Jose & Mike are the 2 best people that I have dealt with in my 5 years. August 13, 2025I have loved living here because of staff, maintenance, access to shopping/restaurants, and apartment layout. The one thing that is disappointing is the package conceriege. I have lost a couple of packages also the noise level has definitely increased. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment experience.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025Maintenance is very fast to take care of problems that I have in my unit. Love the area. Very nice people in the front office. Noise level is okay, not too many complaints. I do have some issue with the limited grills, especially since it’s summer time, but I’m happy it’s very easy to use. July 3, 2025Living at The Hendry has been disappointing from the start. I’ve had an issue with my sink since I moved in, and despite multiple requests, it’s never been properly fixed. To make matters worse, I was charged for damage to the sink drain that I had absolutely nothing to do with. When I brought it up, the property manager admitted the charge shouldn't be there and said it would be removed—but it’s still sitting on my account with no explanation. It feels like once you sign the lease, the ...communication and concern for residents just disappear. Maintenance is slow, issues linger, and management doesn’t follow through on what they say. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless major changes are made.Property Manager Responded
