Better apartments for the money
July 20, 2019The amenities here are not really benefits. People make LOTS of noise at the pool and will keep you up late into the night, almost EVERY night. Its a huge problem if you have to work early. Most of the equipment in the gym is broken and it is regularly a mess with weights everywhere. The sidewalks flood every time it rains so it is difficult to walk your dog. There is poop everywhere. I would expect these issues if the rent was lower, but it's on the high side. If you decide to live here, get an ...apartment far away from the pool, and expect limited and poorly maintained gym equipment.Property Manager Responded

DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! Horrible!
September 12, 2018Not Recommended Reviewed 09/12/2018 I've lived here for over a year now and the trash situation and staff have gotten worse. I was locked out of my apt yesterday so I called the emergencey number. The recording says they will charge me a $25 lock out fee, which I'm totally fine with. The lady that returned my call to let me know they were sending maintenance over also told me there would be a $25 fee and I said that's fine, I'll come by the office tommr to pay it, she said that's fine we will ...figure that out later. This morning I went to the office and she said it will be a $50 fee. I said ma'am you told me $25 and the recording says $25. She looked me straight in my eyes with a smile and said she never said that to me. I stood there in the office this morning shocked that I was being called a liar! This new "management team" is horrible. Also the trash around the propert is also out of control. There is always trash in the parking lots & dog poop on every piece of grass they have. Good luck taking your kids to the pool too because apparently it's ok to sit and smoke weed in the pool while your child is swimming. I can't tell you how many times they have changed the staff in the office but this group they have in place now is just horrible!! Don't fall for the smiles and "pretty" decor of the front office cause it definitely does not represent this complex.Property Manager Responded

Great place to be!!!
May 28, 2016My husband and I have been residing here for 9 months and experience here has been great. The office manager and her staff has been very attentive. The maintenance team take care of any problems very promptly. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and the shopping areas are near by. March 3, 2016Two break ins in two weeks 20 yards from security guard, forced me to break my 60 day notice, I felt targeted. I'd rather pay, than risk something worse. Other tenants have same issue, not worth what you pay. Their response by Amanda(Prop. You're not getting what you pay for
September 10, 2015We moved in here two years ago, when everything was newer and better. These are cheap built apartments, but they looked ok and they were decent to live in. While we were living here the first year, they changed management and after that everything went down the drain. This has become a cash cow and nothing more. We have been living with a torn carpet for the last year and nobody will fix it. The carpet is so cheap that it tore when it was patched. Yes, it was patched since we moved in! They ...don't even change your fridge filter, they just come in and reset it and that's about it. Cheap everything! The landscaping looks terrible. Now they only landscape in the front of the apartments, where the office is, just for visitors' eyes. In the weekends pool is packed with people that are not residents. Their solution to this was to keep it locked, so no one gets to enjoy it. Gym is starting to be unusable one machine at a time. Most importantly, the place is not safe anymore. Cars are broken into, or have their wheels stolen and we've repeatedly seen drug deals taking place in the last couple of months. What does management do to fix all this? Nothing! They won't even acknowledge there's a problem. Complete disregard of any complaint! This makes us think that they don't really care. It doesn't look like anything is getting better, but worst. I do not recommend anyone move in here if they care for safety and community. This is not the place for you.Property Manager Responded
