OUR LEASE RUN FROM AUGUST 1 AND RUN THROUGH THE FOLLOWING JULY 30TH. At this time we are fully leased until AUGUST 1, 2027. We are taking names for our waiting list. The University of Illinois dominates the local Champaign-Urbana rental market. For this reason our leases always end July 30th.
