Apartment Photos are all of apartment 111. The University of Illinois dominates the local Champaign-Urbana rental market. For this reason our leases always end July 30th. From time to time, a tenant moves in the midst of a lease because they have purchased their first home or are taking a new position out of the area and buys out the existing lease.
