The crime rate here is really going up, the neighbors are getting louder, and the front office isn't as responsive as they used to be. I'm beginning to be bothered that my rent still goes up each year knowing how dramatically the quality of the complex has dropped. I didn't mind how much it cost when I first moved in and this place was awesome. Now it's starting to feel unfair. I believe it has something to do with being close to the bayou, but if you have an allergy problem, please reconsider. They were kind enough the move me free of charge to another unit and provide free moving service but after 4 months, mold started growing in the walls of the second unit.
