May 1, 2023I've been here 2 years now, and while it's not terrible, I can't call it a luxury apartment complex like I used to. The crime rate here is really going up, the neighbors are getting louder, and the front office isn't as responsive as they used to be. I'm beginning to be bothered that my rent still goes up each year knowing how dramatically the quality of the complex has dropped. I didn't mind how much it cost when I first moved in and this place was awesome. Now it's starting to feel unfair. mold issues
April 5, 2021I have lived here for the past 4 years now and have add allergen issues the entire time. I believe it has something to do with being close to the bayou, but if you have an allergy problem, please reconsider. They were kind enough the move me free of charge to another unit and provide free moving service but after 4 months, mold started growing in the walls of the second unit. They can be very caring and understanding, but I suggest having an inspector come and check before you move in! It is not ...a fun experience.Property Manager Responded

don’t give them money
September 27, 2020They declined my application and I have been chasing them to get my money back for over two months!! Always a lame reason like “our system was down”, “I was out of the office for a few days” “We made a mistake and mailed to the wrong address “, sometimes she doesn’t even bother to respect me with an email response, they were so nice before receiving payment, honestly go to the building next door they were so much more professional! Bad management, unethical business
March 19, 2020Do not live in this apartment. Do not support an unethical doing wrong business. They enjoyed ripping people off, if they know your credit card number they will steal money from your cards.
