These guys are getting worse and worse after management changed from prime campus housing to the Hive.. They will try to take more money from you in every opportunity. Parking was free, they start charging for it. You cannot find parking on streets. Around campus is very busy. If you take your car out from where you parked during the day, you cannot find parking spot again during the day. On game days you cannot take your car out because when you came back you cannot find space. Every weekend ...
there are parties around. Court yard will be very noisy. Good luck on your sleep if you have a room looking to court yard. Over the weekend every where will be trash and glass. Office will do nothing to find who is doing those but threat every residents to fine. I was referring people to here but they are getting worse and worse every day. So be aware. There are a lot of good, new places around the campus. Do not give your money to these guys. I am looking my contract to over.

Beaware of parking
August 25, 2017
I wouldn't recommend this apartment. I live in one-bedroom, but they don't even give me a parking permit because there aren't enough space. I'm not even asking two or more permits; I just need one permit. The staff was rude and never mentioned an apology. Now, I'm forced to park on the street for the next school year.
