September 5, 2025Appreciate everything they do and the nice renovations. It has been a lot better with the gates being fixed, just not a fan of the current trash service. Only being able to put out one trash bag when being forced to pay for something we do not want is a little extra to me.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2025I've been here nearly 2.5 years and overall it's been a good experience. This property offers a Top Tier Staff, Maintenance Crew, and campus. It looks like a mini resort here because it's so clean around campus, the palm trees, and the style of the campus. It's super quiet, and in a great location.
