Rat and roaches, poorly maintained. We just moved in to find the back of the stove and fridge weren't even cleaned. Rat hole and poop on top of roaches everywhere.

Run-Down Property With Poor Management

I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here. The apartments are extremely old and it shows. The walls are thin, and noise from upstairs neighbors is constant. The buildings feel run down, with thick layers of paint from years of patchwork and outdated, worn appliances.
Parking near buildings 14–15 is a mess. There are abandoned vehicles that take up space for months, and management does nothing to address it. Maintenance requests take weeks, sometimes over a month, to be completed. ...
Everything moves at a painfully slow pace, with little urgency or follow-up.
Communication from the office manager is especially frustrating. Requests are met with excuses rather than solutions, and promises are rarely kept. There’s no sense of accountability or care for residents.
The shared amenities are also lacking. The mailroom is frequently broken into. The “gym” is basically a tiny room with three machines and is only accessible during office hours. The laundry room is consistently dirty, the machines are very old, and I’ve had clothes stained from using them.
Despite frequent cleaning, the buildings often smell old, damp, or moldy, which is concerning. Overall, this property feels neglected, poorly managed, and not worth the cost. I would not recommend living here and am counting down the days until my lease ends.

The recent upgrades are fantastic. Shows much better than the pictures. The current property management team was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I enjoyed working with them. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to all of my friends and family.

Very thankful I found this place and was exactly what I needed. No complaints. Staff was super helpful throughout the move in process and my apartment could not be more than perfect for myself. Clean and quiet complex and my commute wasn't too bad at all.

Great management since I applied the Communication was great the prices are very affordable. If I have any questions the ladies are very friendly, I have enjoyed the pool specially, now in this hot weather. When I walked in to my new apartment I was so excited, and scared because I was moving on my own not knowing what to expect but I have made it in to my own home. I have completed my first month. I very thankful to have picked this community to be my new home.
