Great Place
August 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here for 2 years and it was the best apartment I have ever lived in. Extremely close to campus and downtown Raleigh, the features of the apartment are very nice. The leasing manager, Garret, is also amazing, he is super understanding and always got things fixed in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially people who are looking to either live close to NCSU or close to downtown,

March 29, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comMy roommates and I had been watching the construction for this place and couldn't wait to check it out. So glad we did. The apartment is huge and really modern which is what we're into. We'll be attending grad school at NCSU's College of Design this year and we are literally right across the street from most of our classes. I would totally recommend at least checking these apartments out. It's fresh, modern, and surprisingly pretty quiet considering the proximity of everything on ...Hillsborough. I think we're gonna love it here.Read More
