Just a week after I moved in, management demanded to come in to "paint the strips of the front door." They provided a three day window to do the work, and just came in to do it without providing further information. If this work needed to be done, it should have been done BEFORE I moved in. I lived at Shadow Creek in 2003. Before I decided to come back, I rode around the property it was well maintained and nicely painted. The grass is cut regularly and landscaping and trees are attended to. Apartment living is apartment living no matter where you live but Shadow creek shows that they care.

I lived in Shadow Creek in 2003. Then I bought a house that I have lived in for 17 years an now I'm back at Shadow Creek. I liked it then and I like it now. After all these years, it' in very good condition.
