Not worth the Money
March 26, 2026Management acts sweet but just passive aggressive. They will try to get money from you any chance they get. Apartments are cheaply made. We moved in and had a list of things that needed to be fixed… just save your money. I have reached out to corporate in regards to my experience and how I have been treated. Felt Like Home!
September 2, 2024I was a resident at the Hudson for a little over 2 years since I moved back to Lubbock. I could not recommend a better place to live! The gated community is great, rent is fair, and the neighborhood is wonderful. The units and spaces are well-cared for paired with top-notch management. Stephanie, Rose, and the grounds staff go out of their way to help. They are friendly and kind! The only reason I moved out was because the opportunity to purchase a house came up! I will miss being able to drop in ...to the front office for a quick visit, not to mention being able to take my dog in for a wash in the oh-so-convenient dog wash area! December 12, 2023i have been living here since july of 2022 and i love it! there are some downsides, such as the construction, but that is completely out of the apartment complex's control. whenever problems have come up with construction, they always make sure to inform us as soon as they are aware of it. besides that, there aren't any problems! i can never hear my neighbors and the location is really convenient! right by really great restaurants like the fresh american and yanagi ramen, and stores like heb and ...walmart! once the construction is done, i believe that i could walk to all of these locations and i am so excited for that :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Space & Design, Nagging Staff & Rules
September 7, 2022We have lived here for over a year now and have enjoyed our apartment and some of the amenities that we pay for. But there are cons: The gates have worked for maybe 3 weeks out of the 14 months we have lived here. The pool is regularly closed and when it's open there is nowhere to sit due to a lack of maximizing the space. They also create new rules every day it seems and send out emails frequently threatening lease violations for everyone. Consider shifting priorities from music & cut-offs at ...the pool to fixing the gates that are broken & making sure the dog poop is picked up.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
