June 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI just moved in this place. The appliances are cheap and low quality. The refrigerator door has to be pushed shut with your knee, and there is no ice maker. The gym is tiny and closes at 9 PM. As soon as you step outside the apartment, you'll see homeless tent and discarded furniture. The surrounding area is filled with old apartments, and it's nearly impossible to find street parking. However, parking enforcement officers show up every week to issue tickets. When you move in, you have to pay ...a $35 fee just to submit your security deposit as required through their payment system. When you move out, you have to pay another $35 fee to get your deposit refunded. They don't use check. If you accidentally lock your key inside your apartment, you are on your own and end up paying $200 for a locksmith. The property manager will not help, even though it would take her only five minutes to unlock the door. This policy is clearly stated in the move-in notice.Read More
