Great floor plans
January 31, 2020Office staff is really friendly, sometimes a little unorganized. They lost several documents of mine and I had to resubmit paperwork after moving in multiple times. The rent is a little expensive for what you get. The appliances are very outdated. I loved the private balcony and the private stairway to my front door. I would more than likely recommend this place other than the rent cost.Review from Apartments.com
Best place I ever rented from
July 5, 2019I lived at The Hunt for 2 years, up until last month. I have rented plenty of places across the midwest and my experience with The Hunt was second to none. In two years I only had to call maintenance once, and they fixed my issue within 3 business hours. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee and will even pay your rent if they dont fix your maintenance issues within 48 hours. That is unheard of! As far as apartment living was concerned, my most favorite thing about this complex was the ...individual central air units. Even as the temp creeped toward 110 outside on the hottest summer days, I could keep my apartment at 65 without giving my wallet a work out. I also love to cook, and even still my electric bill was never over $85 and usually closer to $40. I referred one of my coworkers here and even he agrees, this is the best experience he has had as a renter. Now that I am in Phoenix, AZ, I could only DREAM of having a renting experience even half as pleasant as what I enjoyed at the Hunt. Do yourself (and your pets) a favor and move to this community!
