April 10, 2026It’s not been pleasant to say the least. The managers are terrible who not only expresses pure hypocrisy over loud music especially in the main lobby, but they also demonstrated that they care more about the floors than the tenants who end up dropping to the floor almost passing out due to heat exhaustion. Which is beyond unacceptable. Also, the monthly events are boring, extremely uncreative, and lacks any significant prizes. I’ve offered ideas for future events but they took non of them. Even ...their contests are terrible since they either do door decoration contests which btw isn’t a fair competition and/or they offer spring cleaning competitions which isn’t a competition at all. A competition ideally should be a test of skill in where the best player wins in a fair way. Decorating your door and cleaning your apartment isn’t a skill, so, it shouldn’t even be considered as a competition. February 21, 2026I have enjoyed the apartment amenities overall. The unit is modern and has no carpet flooring which I prefer. The one complaint I have is that the EV chargers have still not been installed.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2025like the apartment, sunny and friendly staff that cares about the residents. I made a request to Darchelle to have a guitar instructor coming down regularly to enrich residents's life and the management accepts it.
