August 2, 2025I really enjoy the European hotel design for this apartment complex. It is difficult for bugs to be in your place because the only thing interacting with the outside environment are your windows. When it is really hot or really cold outside, I do not need to suffer when I go to the gym as it is in the first floor. 10 free coffee a month is also a small plus.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025The apartment is fabulous. I love the cleanliness of the hallways and the apartment in general. The grounds outside are kept clean. The residents seem friendly and there is a comfortable feeling when walking around the place. I have no complaints about the apartment itself. Just my noisy neighbors upstairs. That drop, bang and drag things across the floor at 2 and 3am in the morning, when I have to wake up at 4:30 to head to work.Property Manager Responded
