October 30, 2023This is safe but there are a lot of halls and the price of electricity and utilities are high compered with the other places ,some rooms have no windows and might not be comfortable .It depends on your peronality to like that or not.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2023Super quiet, gated parking garage, and staff is super friendly. The room room sizes are decent. There isn’t a ton of storage space so I would encourage you to bring some things to keep cooking utensils or towels in.Property Manager Responded

September 19, 2023The Icon in St. Louis continue to be more and more disappointing. The internet has gone out for over 2 weeks total this year, and they promised us an upgrade. The upgrade was actually an outsource, and it's more unstable than ever before. The hallways are filthy are flies are all over the building. The parking garage remains unsecure. Quality is going down as rent goes up, and management is regularly cavalier and unhelpful when they're actually available.Property Manager Responded
