ANOTHER ONGOING OBNOXIOUS SITUATION HERE!!
May 10, 2023I has been experiencing the same exact problem as the lady on previous review, I didn't think the same thing could happens to me. manager has no control over her own tenants they are lack of problems solving. Noise goes until 2AM everyday, no one can do anything about it.Review from Apartments.com
If you have an issue, they won’t help fix it
October 27, 2020I was living here for 6 months and 4 out of those 6 months I had an obnoxious, inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. I have emails from the first month this was helping to the leasing office and they took forever to respond ow would respond and say “we called but they didn’t answer”. After 4 months of nothing happening I went to the office to show them videos of what I was dealing with and finally they said they’ll call him again. At the end of it they told me I had to either stay where I was ...(miserable and couldn’t sleep because he would run in the apartment until 3:30 in the morning!!!), sign another 12 month lease and pay the difference per month to move to another unit or pay 2 months rent to break my lease. They did NOTHING with the guy upstairs. No warnings, no letters, nothing. When I left it took them 2 weeks and 3 phone calls for them to send my final bill so I could be done with them. A couple weeks later I got a confirmation email receipt and reason for leaving was “bought a house” which I didn’t... loved the community and my apartment lay out but the leasing office is terrible to deal with.
