June 1, 2025Overall property management declined steadily after moving in. With rent as high as it is for a dated property and seemingly based solely on “location”, there is little room for errors in management of the property. Key failures like months with non-working elevators, repeated maintenance calls for repairs instead of replacing, low water pressure and water cutoffs, regular reminding but lack of following up and not holding tenants responsible makes the property undesirable... and again ...especially since the property is advertised as “luxury”, and rent is at a premium price when based on return on investment.Property Manager Responded

May 14, 2025Apartment is great and luxurious but the one thing is when the elevator doesn’t work it will cause a lot of stress. One time 2 out of 3 elevators were down for over a month and it took over 20 mins to catch an elevator. It took me longer to get the elevator in my own building than driving to work. There’s one elevator that will break down at minimum 1-2 times a year and it’ll take awhile for them to fix because of parts being shipped and the partners that fix the elevator take awhileProperty Manager Responded

May 6, 2025Things have improved greatly in all areas over the past 6 months with new management! I am still waiting for my floors to be redone but the assistant manager is aware and planning to review since I have been asking since the early days of moving in. The wood floors scratch beyond reasonably for anyone living in the apartments.Property Manager Responded

May 5, 2025Resort style living steps away from gym, hair and nail salons, and restaurants. The dog park has been a great place to meet new friends and to just sit and relax. The pool area is lovely and well maintained. The gym and all the windows that overlook the city is awesome!! The bar area is perfect, evening drinks on the 8th floor!!
