Wonderful apartment building.
March 28, 2026The Jackson is a wonderful apartment community. The units are spacious, and well designed. The interior courtyard, floor plans, construction, and tenants it has attracted leads to a calm atmosphere. The garage parking ensures you don’t have to hunt for parking in the growing neighborhood. And it is just steps to some great restaurants like Falafel Heights, Thai Time (best Thai food in the city), Lazy Eye Coffee and a quick run across the street if you forgot something from the grocery store. ...There’s even more just a short walk further. Joel has always been on top of keeping the property in good condition, and quick to respond to the few requests I made over the years. Fantastic Apartment in a Perfect Location
January 22, 2026I lived at the Jackson for over two years from 2023-2025 and could not have been happier with the apartment. Even though 30th St is quite busy, the building was very quiet, which offered easy access to all the great things around North Park without the commotion. The property manager, Joel, was the best manager you could ask for! He was constantly around to answer questions and help with any issues the tenants had. Lovely Living in Heart of North Park
December 11, 2024We absolutely adored our three years at the Jackson in North Park. We were concerned about living on a busy street in North Park but this little community was a haven! It was so cozy and quiet with friendly neighbors. The best part about living here was our property manager, Joel, who also happened to be our neighbor. He was so responsive to any and all requests and was just so kind. He was constantly running around making sure the property was well kept and that all of the tenants needs were met ...- he consistently went above and beyond. A rare gem in San Diego
October 17, 2024Easily my favorite living experience in San Diego. Whereas many apartments in this city are extremely low-quality with minimal amenities (while still demanding exorbitant rent because "San Diego"), the Jackson stands out as a quality living experience with amenities, style, and a desirable location. With a walkable neighborhood and a comfortable living space, it felt like a truly unexpected win to live there. I was amazed by the near-total quiet inside my bedroom, even in the hustle-and-bustle of ...the city. The covered parking garage was extremely nice, given the parking difficulties in San Diego in general. Finally, management personnel were friendly and felt like neighbors.
