The Jackson is a wonderful apartment community. The units are spacious, and well designed. The interior courtyard, floor plans, construction, and tenants it has attracted leads to a calm atmosphere. The garage parking ensures you don’t have to hunt for parking in the growing neighborhood. And it is just steps to some great restaurants like Falafel Heights, Thai Time (best Thai food in the city), Lazy Eye Coffee and a quick run across the street if you forgot something from the grocery store. ...

There’s even more just a short walk further. Joel has always been on top of keeping the property in good condition, and quick to respond to the few requests I made over the years. The community areas are well maintained, the trash room was always tidy. It seems the owners have prioritized maintaining the property in great condition.

Even though 30th St is quite busy, the building was very quiet, which offered easy access to all the great things around North Park without the commotion. It was so cozy and quiet with friendly neighbors. The best part about living here was our property manager, Joel, who also happened to be our neighbor. He was so responsive to any and all requests and was just so kind. He was constantly running around making sure the property was well kept and that all of the tenants needs were met ...
