Roaches, Laundry Woes, No Security
February 9, 2021UQ is awful. Our building was completely infested with roaches - and not the big dumb ones, the little quick ones that breed like crazy. The laundry room was a no-go for almost a year, with almost all of the machines being broken, and the ones that did "work" would eat your quarters and sometimes die in the middle of a cycle just because. We had several packages stolen from front step, and there's no cameras or security of any kind to keep people from wandering up from street level to do just ...that. So far, so good
July 23, 2015I've only been here for about a month so far, but so far, so good. In contrast to the absolute trash management companies were trying to sell as apartments on East Riverside, my unit came well cleaned/painted/furnished with brand new flooring what looked to be new faucets. Overall, a great attention to detail in preparing the unit for my lease and decent rates coupled with generally kind/accommodating office staff have left me without any complaints beyond the occasional noise problems living ...near frat houses unfortunately creates.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
