This apartment is in a prime location. Grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Target, and Aldi are within a 10-minute walking distance, and it's also conveniently close to I-66. It is located in a quiet area. Most of the neighbors appear to be working professionals or students. It's very peaceful even on weekends. Occasionally, you might hear dogs barking, but I don't find it particularly bothersome.

Friendly, reasonably quiet and safe community. No pest issues in the 2 years we’ve lived here. There has been a decline in tenant participation to events hosted by the leasing manager.

I love living here. It’s a very quiet and clean community. The dog park stays clean and even has toys in it. When I do have any problems, maintenance is always great at fixing them pretty quickly

I love living at the Julian! The apartment itself feels very modern and clean. The maintenance staff addresses your concerns relatively quickly. The leasing office tries to be as helpful as they can be and address concerns promptly. It's also a plus that there's a parking garage so I don't have to worry about my car outside in inclement weather.

nice manager. nice maintenance crew. nice location. nice amanities. It's a very quiet and comfortable apartment. I've been living here for 4 years. I'm moving out next year, but I'm happy to leave a good memory here.

Been here a week but so far I’ve had a great experience. Management and maintenance has been on top of any and all communications. Had an issue with my ac and it was fixed the very next morning.

My stay at the julian has been quite pleasant so far! No complaints at all! Management is great, the building is always clean and there is almost zero noise daily! Great place to live

I staff is great at The Julian Fair Lakes. It's a great community to live in,very safe community. A very walkable neighborhood. Events at The Jiulian are fun, a way to connect with neighbors and picking packages is easy.
