January 11, 2026Unorganized I’ve been here two months, ladies at the office are extremely nice however there is no one actually getting things done. They ran out of entrance keys so I cannot use any facilities (gym, pool, walking gates) let alone get to my mail and packages unless the office is open. I have had packages sent back as my hours available to pick items back are not the same as when they are in office. Additional delays on getting a mailbox key, 3 weeks after moving in. At move in my lease was ...created last minute despite having signed for the apartment 2 months prior, then they had the wrong address for their own property so I had to sign again two weeks later and got harassed when this took me a day to get to. Trying to get a garage, parking is in possible if you arrive after 8 pm. Just doesn’t seem like anyone is taking ownership to actually get things done.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
