Bad management
June 22, 2025Management doesn't enforce any rules about trash or noise despite warnings. The trash compactor is constantly full and disgusting. The walls between apartments are really thin and if you get unlucky and have noisy neighbors, they'll do nothing about it. Only come here if you're desperate.Property Manager Responded

However, we also rely on all residents to do their part — especially when it comes to properly disposing of trash. The compactor is for household waste only and not designed to handle large items like furniture, which often leads to backups and overflow. We continue to monitor and address noise complaints when they’re brought to our attention and encourage residents to report issues directly so we can take appropriate action. We’re always working on improvements and appreciate your input. If you'd like to discuss your concerns further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office.

The kelvin!

Amazing Office
September 24, 2024Our lease at our current apartment was up in less than a week . We didn't have anywhere to go and we were in a really tough spot. Taylor went above and beyond making us feel welcome, breaking all of the information down for us, and pushing through our application. Amazing place to live!
August 21, 2024I recently moved into The Kelvin, since the day I toured with Ethan I knew I would enjoy living here. My dog Baxter loves the huge dog parks and the washing station makes it easy to keep my apartment clean! Staff is wonderful and are quick to answer all of my questions, the other residents have been very nice and I've even made friends with my neighbor. Would recommend!Property Manager Responded
