Friendly Leasing Office!
October 17, 2023Just moved into a 1bd/1bth. Process was simple and straight forward. Lease agreement is a bit extensive, make sure to read all the pages. Ari from the leasing office was stellar at helping us get into our space. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate us.Property Manager Responded

Current Tenants - would not recommend
March 23, 2023I would not recommend this apartment building or RW Selby as a company. Not only has there been frequent turnover in property managers (AJ, Toyia Evans, Sylvia ), leaving many of the tenants frustrated by lack of prompt response to leaks in the roof, noise complaints, and rent increases, but there is also a complete lack of transparency from the various property managers, who are unfortunately all guilty of lip service to appease angry tenants and do not honor their verbal promises. My husband ...and I are both MDs who initially loved being walking distance to work, but neither of us would recommend this building or company. Not worth the money at all, especially with mold in our walls after the rain leaked through our bedroom roof, not to mention the broken elevator.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The best place to live in Los Feliz, Silverlake
November 9, 2022I cannot say enough good things about Kenmore. It is a beautiful building, clean and everyone is so nice. The building manager, AJ, goes above and beyond to take care of all the residents. Communication is great and is anything is not working, it’s fixed immediately. Just moved in
April 23, 2021I just moved into Kenmore View in March and have had a good experience. Yesenia the property manager was very thorough and friendly throughout the rental process. Hector is the groundskeeper/maitenance person on site M-F and is extremely helpful, and keeps the building in immaculate condition. He even let us borrow his Dolly on move-in day. The building is very clean & covid safe. Pros: Amazing neighborhood/Location, breathtaking rooftop view, lots of natural light in the unit. Huge studio (650 ...sq ft), Brand new kitchen. Cons: Rent is quite high, walls are very thin & if your balcony faces the courtyard sound travels quite a bit, and there isn't much privacy.
