Tenants pay $200 non-refundable pet fee per animal. $25/mo Pet Rent for first animal, $15 Pet Rent for second animal. *Additional Monthly Fees: $20 for trash, $30 for water. $9 for pest control. $15 damage waiver fee. $60 Google Fiber.* ---- **Before Applying, Please Note the Following: 1.) Application Fees are non-refundable - Once an application is submitted, Highland is immediately charged by a third-party screening provider for credit, income, and background checks.
