Wonderful place to call home!

My husband and I have been living here for a few months now and have no complaints. Incredible amenities (full gym, sauanas, art room, pool, lounge areas). The neighborhood is so nice to live in. Feels safe and has a lot of activities and restaurants in walking distance. There is also a beautiful walking trail that is easily accessible for dog walking or biking. Our move in experience was seamless and Karen at the leasing office was so kind and welcoming. She took care of business and made sure ...
all of our needs were met. The maintenance team has also been impeccable and very responsive. We are very happy to be living here. Highly recommend!

They have amazing leasing & maintenance staff. Ayisha is so patient and responsive. Lorenzo has responded/fixed every work order I’ve put in within an hour. One time I put it in & 10 minutes later he was knocking on my door!

I Love The Keswick!

Love this place! The staff was a great help getting me into my unit. The area is great and getting better by the day. If you have a dog and love to walk them, there's a great trail to use as well as a couple dog parks out back. Looking forward to my time here at The Keswick!

I can't speak to how this building compares to other communities by my experience has been a disappointed- claims made during our tour turned out to be completely false. Our appliances barely work, the pool is too shaded to stay warm enough to use most of the day and the residents fornicating on the roof of the parking garage at night make coming home feel unsafe. Amenities that we say on our tour have all but gone away. This is OK for a transient short term stay, that is all

Couldn’t be happier

I never thought I’d be so obsessed with an apartment, but here we are. Between the gorgeous modern units, next-level amenities (um, hello infrared sauna?), and the quaint Keswick Park neighborhood (featuring tons of parks within walking distance), I’m SO happy I live here. Seriously couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Management is AMAZING, too! I’m never leaving!

Very Excited to Move In!

Management provided AMAZING customer service throughout the tour, application, and leasing process. Taylor and Savannah went above and beyond to make every step of the process as smooth as possible. The property itself is gorgeous. Carpeted hallways, very high ceilings and doors (a must-have if you're tall like me), great common areas, a gym area with equipment even some full gyms don't have, massage & sauna rooms, and a huge selection of floor plans. We are so excited to move in and call Solis ...
