The neighborhood is so nice to live in. Feels safe and has a lot of activities and restaurants in walking distance. There is also a beautiful walking trail that is easily accessible for dog walking or biking. Our move in experience was seamless and Karen at the leasing office was so kind and welcoming. She took care of business and made sure ...all of our needs were met. The maintenance team has also been impeccable and very responsive. We are very happy to be living here. If you have a dog and love to walk them, there's a great trail to use as well as a couple dog parks out back. Looking forward to my time here at The Keswick!

Our appliances barely work, the pool is too shaded to stay warm enough to use most of the day and the residents fornicating on the roof of the parking garage at night make coming home feel unsafe. Amenities that we say on our tour have all but gone away. This is OK for a transient short term stay, that is all

Taylor and Savannah went above and beyond to make every step of the process as smooth as possible. The property itself is gorgeous. Carpeted hallways, very high ceilings and doors (a must-have if you're tall like me), great common areas, a gym area with equipment even some full gyms don't have, massage & sauna rooms, and a huge selection of floor plans.
