My husband and I have been living here for a few months now and have no complaints. Incredible amenities (full gym, sauanas, art room, pool, lounge areas). The neighborhood is so nice to live in. Love this place! The staff was a great help getting me into my unit. The area is great and getting better by the day. If you have a dog and love to walk them, there's a great trail to use as well as a couple dog parks out back. Looking forward to my time here at The Keswick!

I can't speak to how this building compares to other communities by my experience has been a disappointed- claims made during our tour turned out to be completely false. Our appliances barely work, the pool is too shaded to stay warm enough to use most of the day and the residents fornicating on the roof of the parking garage at night make coming home feel unsafe. Amenities that we say on our tour have all but gone away. This is OK for a transient short term stay, that is all

I never thought I’d be so obsessed with an apartment, but here we are. Between the gorgeous modern units, next-level amenities (um, hello infrared sauna?), and the quaint Keswick Park neighborhood (featuring tons of parks within walking distance), I’m SO happy I live here. Seriously couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Management is AMAZING, too! I’m never leaving!

Management provided AMAZING customer service throughout the tour, application, and leasing process. Taylor and Savannah went above and beyond to make every step of the process as smooth as possible. The property itself is gorgeous. Carpeted hallways, very high ceilings and doors (a must-have if you're tall like me), great common areas, a gym area with equipment even some full gyms don't have, massage & sauna rooms, and a huge selection of floor plans.
