October 17, 2025Looks can be deceiving It took toilet water pouring out of my ceiling three times before it was addressed. When it was addressed a huge hole was left in my ceiling for a week which let in a ton of flies and I’m still dealing with all the flies. Paint and spackle was dripped all over my bathtub and some on my floors. All the drawers in the apartment don’t work properly. There is no parking past 7pm. I would not recommend anyone renting from here.Review from Apartments.com

June 13, 2025Very few working amenities No microwave, appliances are mediocre, constantly need to call maintenance. We pay for trash pickup, but they rarely actually pick up or the trash compactor doesn’t work. Then we get pictures of our trash sitting outside saying we have a trash violation. November 20, 2023I started living here with my boyfriend before the management changed, as soon as this place became the Knoll everything declined. EVERYTHING became an issue, and we ended up out of a lot of money. I learned quickly that you will need to get every conversation in writing from the Knoll. First off, we had a broken dryer for MONTHS and had to take our clothes to the laundromat. Finally after months, we were given the option of taking our clothes to a vacant unit to do laundry. Lugging everything ...back and forth was still quite inconvenient so we would take a weeks' worth of laundry at a time. We had a weeks worth of clothes & bedding, our tide pods, hamper, laundry basket, literally everything in the vacant unit to accommodate our situation. We started a load of laundry one evening and went to dinner. When we returned to switch the load ALL of our things were gone. Maintenance had thrown everything away. All of our belongings. It was never communicated from the office to the maintenance staff that we were using the unit. The situation escalated up to the Area Manager, she offered us $200 for compensation. TWO HUNDRED. For, again, a weeks' worth of laundry, pods, our laundry basket and hamper, etc. $200 would buy me 2 pairs of jeans back. This issue was never even addressed by the manager until we threatened taking legal action. Another issue we had was that one of the men that was working in the leasing office explained to my boyfriend and I that our rent would be a certain amount for month to month after our lease ended (as we were looking for a new place). When our lease ended we got charged hundreds of dollars more than what the man in the front office told us we would be charged. They said they couldnt do anything about it since there is no proof. Understandably, yes, but he should not have explained the new rent price to us if he was not sure. Lastly, i have NEVER experienced so many people coming into my apartment unwarranted. I felt unsafe by myself as contracted workers would not even knock but just try to open the door. I would be lucky to have gotten an email that someone would be coming in... day of. (We also had a cat which made it difficult when workers needed to enter our apartment multiple times a week when we were not home.) Do Not Rent Here!
March 6, 2023Ever since the property changed management companies there have been constant problems. It seems they don’t know what they’re doing. Maintenance is completely incompetent and rude, the property trash is constantly overflowing which causes bugs and a foul odor, and if you place a request for any maintenance (even if they’re urgent) they take weeks to resolve the issues. December 23, 2022Maintenance is horrible, the refrigerator keeps freezing things and maintenance just messes with the same buttons I can myself. They bait and switched us in regards to wifi/ISP options which is crucial for WFH. It took them 3 weeks to get our mail keys to us even thought the rental agreement says we would get them upon move in. Bottom line DO NOT rent here …Property Manager Responded

Please fix my patio door
August 17, 2022Moved in a little over a month ago and my patio door was broken prior to moving in and still is. I have contacted leasing repeatedly about this and they do not keep their word about following up with you nor do they care that I can't use all of the amenities of my apartment that I pay for. You have to repeatedly follow up with them. Management here is bad and it's been a disappointing month here.Property Manager Responded
