Dirty Property This property is nasty. Between the rat infestation due to overflowing trash and the mold smell coming from the vents it’s safe to say this place is unsanitary and overpriced. The trash is open in the front so when you come home you’re welcomed with the overwhelming smell of garbage. Having lived in the building close to the trash area I dealt with dead rats around the stairs and under the building resulting in nasty smells as well. The apartments are also listed as renovated but ...
have constant issues with water damage. Maintenance wasn’t really a help either because any issues would just get a bandaid put on it and have to be revisited again. I spent 5 years here and have seen them switch management companies three different times. None of the companies could seem to get these issues under control. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent from.

Still Waiting They brought the washer and dryer finally but it is still not connected yet. He said he would return the next day but I received no show or a call to indicate that he was not coming. I just need to do laundry. The old machine is still sitting outside of the apartment so maybe they forgot. If so, maybe someone can remind them. Thanks!

Looks can be deceiving It took toilet water pouring out of my ceiling three times before it was addressed. When it was addressed a huge hole was left in my ceiling for a week which let in a ton of flies and I’m still dealing with all the flies. Paint and spackle was dripped all over my bathtub and some on my floors. All the drawers in the apartment don’t work properly. There is no parking past 7pm. I would not recommend anyone renting from here.

Very few working amenities No microwave, appliances are mediocre, constantly need to call maintenance. We pay for trash pickup, but they rarely actually pick up or the trash compactor doesn’t work. Then we get pictures of our trash sitting outside saying we have a trash violation. Very unhappy.
