Ripped off after staying for 3 years
December 28, 2023I stayed in the apartment for more than 3 years and the stay was good. But beware of the management when you vacate the apartment. I got a email stating that I have to pay back more than 1300$ as part of cleaning and other paint job. The most shocking part was that I never got a physical mail of the invoice and after an year after the only email about the invoice, I got mail from property collections stating that the amount was sent to debt collector. I would strongly urge anyone planning to move ...to the apartment to take a pictures of the apartment when you move in and ask the management when they last painted it so that they wont rip you off as they did to me.Property Manager Responded

March 16, 2022We have lived at The Knolls for a little over a month now and are really enjoying it. Our apartment is well designed, maximizing the use of space. Having two bedroom suits, with bathrooms and walk in closets, makes it fell a lot less like a regular apartment. The location could not be better. Our apartment faces a beautiful green belt, that makes it seem like we're living in a forest. We can get to a plethora of basic retail about a mile away, and can sneak down Westlake Blvd. to Thousand Oaks ...Blvd. where there are as many upscale retail stores as you like. Everything, including the freeway, is no more than a short drive away. And if you like hiking, and the outdoors, you can join me walking my dog literally across the street to some great trails through the oaks.
